What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT)?

HBOT is a non-invasive wellness treatment that involves breathing high-concentration oxygen (up to 95%) inside a pressurized chamber.

      • Pressure settings range from 1.3 to 2.0 ATA (atmospheres absolute) depending on the chamber:

        • Soft shell chambers: 1.3–1.5 ATA

        • Hard shell chambers: up to 2.0 ATA

      • Increased atmospheric pressure allows the body to dissolve more oxygen into the blood plasma, significantly enhancing oxygen delivery to tissues.

      • This elevated oxygen availability supports:

        • ✅ Accelerated tissue and wound healing

        • ✅ Reduction in inflammation

        • ✅ Improved neurological and cognitive function

        • ✅ Enhanced immune response

        • ✅ Faster post-surgery and athletic recovery

      • HBOT is widely used both in home and clinical settings, backed by decades of research and a strong safety profile.
